    "My only negative comment is that I was pressured into accepting the extended maintenance program and, because I was tired (I picked up my car at the end of the work day) I signed up for it. Over the night, I decided that I couldn't afford it, and contacted your dealership the next day, but was told that although I could cancel the program my payments could not be adjusted down and I'd only receive a credit against the principal financed by fewer payments. To me this means it should have been faster. My car didn't move from where I parked it for 1 hour (why make an appointment then!?). Mini did cover 75% of the costs, but I feel they should have covered 100% of this known (should have been a rebate) issue. I contacted Mini customer service and was treated poorly from one of your managers.     "I paid 60 bucks diagnostic fee for a broken boot lip grip. At 300+ dollars to fix I elected not to do it. This fee was really steep considering what was wrong. I purchased a used part online and fixed it myself in 5 minutes for less than 100 dollars. It would be nice if there was a diagnostic fee based on labor hours instead of a flat fee. I also did not really like the info page and sales pitch that was unsolicited.     "My MINI needed the passenger airbag replaced, this is the 2nd time it has required replacement. The dealer doesn't stock the part and it took an extra day to repair, when that was done they discovered that the negative battery cable needed to be replaced and again that part was not stocked either, resulting in another day delay. The service representative was great in keeping me informed on the issues, however even though I requested a MINI loaner, a Countryman, there were no MINI loaners available. This resulted in another delay to get an uninspiring Ford Fusion from the rental agency. All this after my first appointment went unentered in the system, with me only to find that out when I showed up to drop off the MINI. Which again resulted in another delay in getting the MINI serviced. I understand it was cold outside (in the mid 40s), but there were other vehicles being sent through the car wash. If the car wash wasn't available, it would have been nice for them to at least mention it. Also, picking up my vehicle from the same person that I dropped it off with, it would have been nice if he could have pretended to have seen me before. I realize they are busy, but at least looking at my like I belonged there instead of like I was being a bother or was lost would have made me feel more welcome. Overall, I mostly felt like it was a pain for me to drop my vehicle off with them, and felt they did the minimum required in terms of customer service.     "I made an appointment a week in advance to get snow tires put on, an alignment, and oil change. I dropped my car off 2 hours earlier than my appointment (1:00) in hopes it might be finished earlier than the promised 5:00 time. No one called me even though they had my cell phone all day, I showed back up at Mini at 5:15 and was told they have not even started yet. I was leaving my car in Fort Collins to have paint repaired and so leaving it overnight was not an option since I live 4 hours away and drove from New Castle, CO for this appointment. I am extremely disappointned with Mini. I get asked everyday by people how I like my mini, and I will be sure to let them know my disappointment with Ralph Schomp Mini and not recommend them. This is unfortunately not the first time I have almost left in tears. I will not be back.
